per map. A minimum order of two sets is required and there is a
shipping and handlingfee of US$ 5 per order.

HOW TO ORDER?
The first and fastest way to order these unique postcards is by
sending an e-mail to pfm...@xs4all.nl with your name and
ordernumbers. At the same time you can send us your payment by cash,
cheque or credit card by snail mail. We then can airlift your order
(in an anonymous envelope) immediately after we have received your
payment (for our address see below).
If you want to order by credit card, please follow the same procedures
and make a hardcopy of the orderform below and fil it out. You can
snail mail it to our address.
If you send us the money in an envelope, please close it carefully. If
you don't find this orderform sufficient to your needs, you may alter
it to you liking.
If you are ordering from outside the United States, the same procedure
does apply. However you can pay in your local currency. Please use the
exchange rate on the day of which you send in your e-mail.
