How disappointing that the area between the anus and the scrotum is often
overlooked for appropriate stimulation in CBT. Several important sexual

You've brought up one of my very favorite subjects! I'm thrilled to be

The simple ball spanking is fun and can vary in intensity from mild to
screaming. Circle the top of the scrotum with your left thumb and
forefinger (assuming you're right-handed) and squeeze. This makes the
balls bulge into a tight and attractive target--making *any* stimulation
is more intense. Then use your right hand to slap, tap, and pat the balls.
Scratching with long fingernails is a nice change, as is snapping a
fingernail against it. And a rubber band snap is sheer agony/ecstasy.
I like taking those evil toothed hair clips (the ones that look like

Those were some excellent CBT ideas. I do hope others will join in
with the spirit of fun and amusement that your provided. Bravo!
With respect to ball spanking, it is allowable to use implements other
than your hand (though I know that must feel really good for the
domme to deliver the sensation and feel the heat of response), if they
don't possess too much mass, e.g., 1/16 inch dia wooden dowels, plastic
knitting needles, pencils, and the like; but, if you really want to the
worst sting for those varmits, try some flexible plastic tubing or thin
plastic rods, as the acceleration of the those little "switches" do for

Can anyone tell me how safe ball spanking actually is? I have heard
conflicting reports. One fairly experienced lady I know contends that
testicles can physically take a lot of punishment (leaving aside the
views of their owner) and I have read other, similar comments in
interviews with professional dommes. I have also read that even mild
punishment is unsafe.
Kicks and kneeings obviously are dangerous and can rupture a testicle,
and a careless stroke of a whip can split the scrotum. I have also
heard it suggested that enthusiastic use of a strap might split the
scrotum. But assuming that a flexible instrument is used, and that
watch is kept for wear and tear, what are the dangers? Are hard hand
slaps safe, or potentially too heavy and ill-controlled?
In fantasy, of course, hard ball spanking seems an appropriate
punishment that the cruel domme may inflict on her bad slave. Or,
