Hi

On http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/beacoqui/main/pcs.htm I found a
description of the Pfaff PCS file format. However the description of the
stitch records can't be correct. Maybe it's not for PC Designer 2.2 for
Windows.

Does anyone know the correct file format?

Thanks a lot in advance,
Regards

If you have the professional system 5 the format is hus, the disc manager
converts it to shv for the sewing machine. . If you are putting a formatted
disc into your machine the format is shv
I hope this is what you are looking for.

Thank you Ann,

However I'm searching for the PCS file format, like this:

File structure :

0000 32 lead-in character for PCS-file
0001 02 or 03 hoop size. 02 = small , 03 = large
0002-0003 10 00 No. of colors (always 16)
0004-0043 NN NN NN NN 16 x 4 Byte color definition
0044-0045 NN NN No. of stitches in file , LSB first, max 65536
stitches, does NOT include color changes
