Yes they do, and I point them to your posts viciously attacking young
girls' sexual behavior. I cite you screaming in alt.sports.gymnastics
about young girls you claim are hot. I cite your many posts displaying
obsessive behavior towards young girls. A pedophile is one who has an
unhealthy sexual obsession with young girls. How many hundreds of posts
have you posted so far about amanda borden's sexual preference?
That's more than sufficient evidence to justify my claim.

And what reason might that be....could it be an AOL profile? Maybe you
just missed the the whole disinformation conversation regarding how I
used the name to send some flamers, who wanted to find my RL info, on a
wild goose chase. It is amazing how easy it is to feed stupid people
false information in such a way that they think they've discovered
something.
Do you honestly think that I'd use my real name in the aol profile of the
screen name I used to contact you...a man who is desperate to find my RL
info? Do you see a correlation here...wild goose chase, disinformation
for the stupid?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! If you are going to make a threat, at least
finish the sentence. And I hate to break it to you ray, but the courts do
not consider flame to be libel...they fall under insulting speech.
Insults are not libelous...thanks to larry flint. So ray, nothing that
has ever been said about you constitutes libel for the following reasons:
1. Fair criticism. All things said are fair criticism, brought on by
your own behavior, lies, and admission of thing like being bi polar.
2. In ability to demonstrate cause. Any damage to your reputation,
could just as easily be the result of your own posts. You admit to
hating women and advice men threaten to kill themselves to get laid. As
such, you've done far more to hurt your reputation than anybody here can.
3. There is no ray gordon. You can't libel an alias.
And those are just a few of the many defenses that could shoot down your
claims. There's also, privileged information and the fact that you lie
so much there can be no reckless disregard for truth because the truth
can't be determined with any degree of certainty from your claims alone.
You claimed to have a lawyer, but that was a lie. You claimed to have
publishers, but that was a lie. You've claimed at least half a dozen
time you'd never post here again...clearly a lie. You claimed to be
jesus. Boy wouldn't you like to try to validate that in court and
maintain any credibility whatsoever.

THEIR fake picture...first off prove it is fake. You can't because
you've destroyed your own credibility, jesus. Nothing you say can be
believed to the point where claiming the contrary is a disregard for
truth. Secondly, it was privileged information. It came from another
source....that source would be the only one you could charge with
libel....that's if you could prove they knew the pic was false and sent
it out with the intent and result of harming your reputation.
However, having seen your real pic that you posted on your web
page....I'd say the one you claim is fake did you a service. Because the
real pic is far worse.
