I did not find this newsgroup then read some of Ray Gordon's material.
I found his website, read his material, thought it was interesting, then
came here and discovered what was really going on. It was his material
that directed me to this website.
Okay, there's nothing wrong with that. I have never met this man. I
do not know him. Whether you believe it or not, I am not Ray Gordon.
I knew nothing of him before the month of January 2003. I have sent him
one e-mail, copying the one post I made where I quoted something he
wrote here.
Here is the disclosure which has poisoned my soul. This is the bad
news that I did not want to admit, but by doing so I exorcise the final
demon that hovered above my head. I bought something from his website.
I spent some money - less than $50 - on something he is selling. Had I
gotten to this news group first I probably would not have bought
anything from him.
There! I've said it. I am now free. I have no clouds hanging over my
head, and what's more, not even Mr. Gordon has anything he can use on
me, because I have admitted it myself and thus destroyed the possibility
of it being used against me.
Many years ago a military man sent a one word message to headquarters.
He was sent to capture the town of Sind and they wanted to know whether
he had failed or he had succeeded. His message was simply. "Peccavi."
So I can use that word here.
Peccavi.
So what does it mean and what does it have to do with a military man
trying to capture the town of Sind? He must have loved puns, as I do.
It's a latin word. In latin it means:
"I have sinned."
