While there's merit to your suggestion, the OP is looking for a job as
opposed to opening a business.
Acting is long hours with low pay and not enough young women to make
it worth while. Tending bar is hard work. My suggestion is find work
you like to make money and join political/social organizations to pick
up women.
Young Democrats, Young Republications, Young anything is a good place
to start. Join all of them - just don't discuss politics. Join
church groups. Join Mensa. Read your local newspapers in search of
ad hoc groups such as book groups.
