I'm sure that people that live in his building won't bother with him for
trick or treat. Remember though, Ebeneezer Scrooge was able to see the
errors of his ways and reform. Hopefully one day, the same can be said for
Gordon. That he acts like an asshole is indisputeable. It's in his power
to change that, maybe one day he will.
I think that he won't go out on Halloween, so his choice of costume is
probably the same old worn shorts and tshirt he wears when he stays up all
night being rude to people online.

Someone posted another pix claiming to be him, some school pix, but
it's been said to be a fake. I'm met him in person, the pix you speak
of IS him, but younger. He's fatter, less hair, and dark 'short' eyes.
