Advice needed with Asian chick

she usually parks her car near mine and I used to stare at her
just for the heck of it with no intention to sarge her. I usually
stare at chicks the way someone stares at chothes he can buy but
is not convice yet. She starts trying to get my atention by
walking by my car and waiting in her car until I park and then
standing outside her car pretending she was looking for something
in her purse. I said hello to her once and she smiles and says
hello and starts asking me you work near here right? what is your
name? and offers her hand for a handshake. we talk for a couple
of minutes and says she has to go. I saw her a couple of days
after that and she waits for me to park my car and waves at me
and smiles and pretends she is looking for something in her purse
I start talking to her and ask her what she usually does on
weekends, she says she goes to bars although when I ask her what
bar she likes to go she didnt know what to say, and says, well
in the city. I found out she doesnt like to go to movies and
that she lives with a roomate. she says she has to go and
I ask for her cell phone, she gave it to me right away.
I called the next day.
me: how was your day?
her: I have been doing homework all day long.
me: how many classes are you taking?
her: three.
me: what would you like to do when you finish school?
her: I dont know yet.
me: perhaps working fo a big company?
her: I would like to have my own bussiness.
me: that would be nice.
her: I have to go back to my homework maybe you can call me
some other day.
me: well, I hope you finish soon bye.
her: bye.
I didnt like the fact that she didnt even spent 10 minutes in the
phone talking to me even if she really needed to finish something.
besides I talk to a chinese male friend of mine and before I
told him about this chick he was telling me that he hates that
when he meets an asian chick she gives him her phone number and
when he calls she usually says I am busy call me someother day.
and that they usually do the same thing next time you call.
So I am starting to thing this is sort of a shit-test asian
chicks do to guys.
what is the best answer to something like this??
she has a nice face althought she is skinny. I am just kind of
interested in her but if I cant seduce her I would like to keep
her as a friend so she introduces me to her asian female friends.
but even to keep a girl as a friend I know by experience that
one needs a goog strategy.
any suggestions on what to do next???
call her back again or wait until I see her in person???
perhaps my coversation was boring but for the amount of
interest she was showing it surprised me she didint gave me
more time to get into something more interesting or maybe
I should have started asking her if she was planing on going
on vacations this chismas, and ask stuff like. if you could
go to any place in the world for vacations where would that be
bla bla bla. any suggestions welcome.

Don't worry, just wait till ya see her next! See if you can get her to
goto a party or something like that. Use fluff talk on her and start
eliciting values. After you've built some trust with her ask her out to
like a party, gathering. bbq or something along those lines - You've
gotta be proactive about getting her out with you and get her thinking
that you're not one to fuck with. And make sure you use kino on her
whenever you can(touch her). If you don't know what those phrases i
