18 USC §1513(e) makes it a FELONY to interfere with the employment or
livelihood of someone who has reported a federal crime to law enforcement or
a government agency.

It is punishable by up to TEN years in federal prison.

A few monhs ago, I filed a criminal Antitrust complaint with the Justice
Department over anticompetitive behavior in the seduction industry.
Antitrust violations are criminal offenses.

I will soon be filing Sarbanes-Oxley complaints against ANYONE who tries to
retaliate against me for my whistleblowing by attempting to interfere with
my employment or livelihood.

--
Money is not "game."
Looks are not "game."
Social status or value is not "game."
Those are the things that game makes unnecessary.

A seduction guru who teaches you that looks, money or status is game is not
teaching you "game," but how to be an AFC. He uses his students' money to
get women and laughs that "loser AFCs pay my rent."

There is a noticeable trend towards more typos from the person who at
one time claimed to be a "100% error-free" typist.

Well, then you can supply a case number from the Justice Department,
since the gub'mint is so interested in your agenda. This way, online
journalists can verify this information for themselves and report the
truth, rather than the half-truths or no-truths you often "report."

> I will soon be filing Sarbanes-Oxley complaints against ANYONE who tries to

What is the Justice Department's report on this anti-competitive
behavior? Surely this new action of yours is because of a concrete
resolution or ruling from the Justice Department.

Or are you simply predicting what you hope to be the result, and acting
as if the prediction has already happened?

Remember, according to your logic, until someone is prosecuted and
convicted, NO CRIME HAS TAKEN PLACE. This is your own rationalization
for your copyright infringements.

Ray, just how successful have you been with complaints such as these? I
mean, you've attempted to silence people through childish "girlyman"
taunts, through false challenges that you never intended to follow
through on, through telephone harassment (according to more than one
source), through threats of police intervention, then progressing to
court intervention (none of which seem to be successful given the
effort, money, and time spent).

Now the new threat is Sarbanes-Oxley. Since you are continuing to
proceed pro-se, it's very obvious that you intend to rehash the exact
same information and situations in yet another lawsuit. You've failed
not less than five times already to file a properly-pled lawsuit
according to the courts.

You stated at one time that I was lucky I wasn't in jail. Actually,
since no law enforcement officers whatsoever have ever contacted me for
any internet-related activities, it's not luck at all: just simple
common knowledge to those who matter, and anyone else who cares.

Your statement strongly implies that you have already reported something
about me to the police and an investigation is taking place. If that's
the situation, you would have been given a case number by the officer
taking your information. I have asked at multiple times what that case
number is. You have continued to fail to reply.

Thus, most reasonable people would assume that you have lied about a
case number, and that no such case number exists, and would agree that
you were attempting to use the threat of legal action to harass and
annoy someone.

Let's see...

RICO - FAILED
Antitrist suit - FAILED
Sarbanes-Oxley - given the track record of the "serial pro-se litigant," I
probably shouldn't hold my breath that the outcome will be any different.

Gordon is no whistleblower, he's just mad that he can't find a successful
business formula.

You're full of shit, Guido. I reported your claims about knowing
intimate details about child abuse to the FBI and the Center for
Missing and Exploited Children, and you threatened me with more legal
action. You couldn't contradict what I told them, since all I did was
forward your own messages to both agencies. So, how do you reconcile
that with this bullshit you're spewing now? Because you're a fucking
idiot?

He's FAILED at Sarbanes-Oxley too. Has anyone seen a credible threat
against the health and welfare of Gordon Roy Parker? I have seen HIM
threaten, but I have yet to see anyone make a credible threat to him.

Anyone that he sues that is not in the "Seduction Business' can simply file
an afidavit with the Court, stating that he has his facts wrong, and ask to
be Dismissed, and they are out. If you are not in the biz, and are not part
of one of his Conspiracies, then you don't have to go and play in his
sandbox. He's a windbag, pure and simple. His knowledge of the law is very
limited, so he files these grandiose lawsuits looking for attention. It's
pretty simple, since expressing your option of him is protected speech, he
has nothing. He can go file a lawsuit, but he would be pretty foolish to do
so against anyone that is not in the business that competes with him. All
of his bluster bullshit is only effective against those who give a shit.
Take a guy like speeding. He's not in the business of seduction, so he
states his opinion, however annoying it may be. But if Ray tries to drag
him into some of his Cartel crap, Speeding has nothing to worry about, he
files his sworn statement, and he's out. No matter how much Ray doesn't
like what he has to say, the FACT is that he's not involved, not a shill,
not being paid by anyone, and he's free to express his opinion.

Ray has no idea what RICO is for instance. Some of his stuff is so
laughable that one lawyer I know put one of them in his joke file.

Thom Geiger is being accused of being the author of a defamatory website,
and Ray is trying to roll him up with his business competetors. But does
the bare fact that he owns the name, make him part of some grandiose
conspiracy? Unless Ray can prove the connections, I really doubt it. Ray
relies on shotgun pleadings, and he really thinks that nobody can even call
him to discuss this. What a complete idiot.....of course you can call him
if he threatens to sue you in public. I don't feel like going out right
now, but since he has threatened me, I will call him tomorrow. And Gordon,
I will be recording the conversation. If you don't like that, I guess you
should keep your trap shut. Or maybe I will just wait til Monday, when your
"litigation" office is open. Ahhhhhh, the litigation follies.....gotta love
em........

Only the GIRLYMAN is full of shit. S/he can only run her mouth and whine
like a pathetic little GIRL on USENET.

Sarbanes-Oxley is pretty clear on that type of retaliation (interference
with employment or livelihood). Those who engage in it can count on it
being reported, and all the GIRLYMAN can do is keep running her mouth (it's
all s/he has).

Unlike the weak, pathetic, cowardly, all-mouth-with-nothing-to-back-it-up
GIRLYMAN, I'm not all talk.

Then are you going to accuse me of violating this supposed aspect of
Sarbanes-Oxley or not? If you're not all talk...tick,
tock...<silence>...I guess the cat got his tongue.

let's see, flg, I think you're a fucking loser... I think anyone who
would hire you for any position whatsoever, be it super-secretary (wotta
fucking laugh) or toilet bowl licker would be making a very serious
mistake... I think that your abrasive personality as demonstrated by your
usenet posts would make you unemployable in any position in which you
would have to interact with any other people... even such people as those
you would have to ask to stand up if you got hired as a toilet bowl
licker... <snicker>... I know that you are a liar since you posted
grievous and injurious lies about me... anyone who would hire a liar like
you would be getting what they deserve for ignoring your usenet
history... and since you have never provided evidence that you have
actually done any real whistleblowing in any way that matters to anyone
but your imagination I can only assume that you are lying about that...
and so I can only believe that you are attempting to shut up people who
post things you don't like by an unfounded threat of legal action against
them...

Sorry Ray, law doesn't apply to you. Need to learn to read for context.
Know it is a problem and your grade teachers are embarrassed. I think a
tutoring program like Sylivan could help. Do you want us to look up where
one is in Philly?

Actually you have made the same statements many times before on how crystal
clear the (whatever todays threat is) law is on this or that. Then you go
through all your lawsuit crap and find out that it's not at all as clear as
you seem to think it is. And you are continually making statements on the
record about this person is in the Rackets, or that person is a civil rights
violator. So I guess that you are as much of a violator as they are, just
perjury rather than Sarbanes-Oxley. I guess we shall see......

Gordon is still looking for a way around the First Amendment so people won't
talk bad about him. Unfortunately, there is no way that SOX can be
stretched to cover opinions on a newsgroup.

It's OFF TOPIC, and a waste of effort.

That's true; when anyone challenges you, you shut up and slink off with
your yellow tail between your legs, just like the pusillanimous coward
we all know you to be.
