I guess this leaves Sam Sloan and Gordon Roy Parker out in the cold. Since
this has been ordered into mediation, I wonder how they are going to pay the
fees? Federal Mediatiors are not free, even to those who abuse the system
and claim In forma pauperis for all their pro se nonsense.

Thinking since Sam Sloan is not part of the tentative agreement, think
the USCF is going to abandon the Mottershead Report. As I do not feel
that Paul Truong is going to admit that the Mottershead Report is true
when Sam Sloan is not part of the tentative agreement. Is it rational,
that Paul Truong would accept the Mottershead Report in a tentative
agreement and Sam Sloan was not part of the tentative agreement?

Feel that Sam Sloan is not part of the tentative agreement, as all the
parties have agreed to accept that the Mottershead Report is a fake.
If there is a tentative agreement, Sam Sloan becomes a big loser if
the Mottershead Report is declared to be a fake. The Mottershead
Report is Sam Sloan’s wedge issue. If the USCF declares the
Mottershead Report is a fake, nobody is interested to find who is the
real Fake Sam Sloan. Therefore, Sam Sloan will be the only rational
candidate as being the Fake Sam Sloan.
