A man arrested after a suspected parcel bomb was sent to MI6's
headquarters and a second one was intercepted at a sorting office,
both locations in south London, will appear in court charged with
drugs offences.

A second man, aged 21, arrested on suspicion of explosives offences
was released on bail pending further inquiries, police said.
