I was able to purchase a keepsafer Plus SSD wireless security system
demo unit from a home store that was going out of business. After
getting the thing home I realized that it is in some sort of demo mode
and the learn function to register new wireless sensors is disabled. I
took it apart expecting to find a demo dip switch and nothing. I also
searched for any jumpers that looked like they are "after the fact" and
nothing. Everything on the board looks like it is present and
the unit functions as advertised with the wireless sensors that were on
the demo display so I believe the unit is complete.
If anyone has some "inside info" on this product please let me know what
I get do to make it fully functional. A instruction manual would also
be nice :)
Thanks
- Dan

Please explain? This is a going out of business sale and I got the unit
for $30. Are saying that this is not fully functional unit and there is
no way to get it out of demo mode?

One thing to watch on Keepsafer systems: the batteries are not supervised, so
if they fail you won't know it unless you check them. Make sure you check each
sensor every week, or at least once a month.
