I think that keypad code is set by wire jumpers on the back of the keypad.
Can't hurt to take it off the wall to have a look.

My recollection is that the initial code is set by an eprom burner such as the
Napco 410.

The only panel I can think of that sets the code by jumpers is the AT&T
8000, no DTI panel I know of is like that

Wow mikey you just gave me a trip in the past!

we used to have those keypad installed on a lot of sg-411 from surgard

those were the times when you would have all device on a few zones..damn it
was crazy!

all the windows and all the doors that were not a delay were all on the
same zone...was so fun to service for f/a..

the contact used were mecanical, not sealed,so rust was a big isue
here..(because of condention in the winter...the contact could get full of
ice and water..)

i used to have a 100/100 volt isolation transformer with me (in fact 2
16v/40 va transfo plugged back to back)and was using it to "clean the
contact.. and dont forget about the foil...Geeze didnt touch that stuf for
so long!

Ademco 216 & 215 combo...Moose MPI keypads did the same thing. Corby
keypads, DTI self contained keypads...DCU-20 maybe?
