Manual for ADT Focus D15

Hi,

I just moved into a new house with an ADT Focus D15 alarm system. I
have no idea how to use it - and was looking for the manual or some
help?

Unfortunatley they are asking me to go through hoops - hopefully
someone has it in PDF somewhere on the net.

ADT has terrible customer service so far - through my limited
experience.

What does "go through hoops" mean. Chances are the system installed
in your new home was leased from ADT by the former owners. Since you
are not a paying customer of ADT, why should they help you use their
equipment for nothing?

Btw, I've never worked in the residential side of the business, so
forgive my ignorance. I've never heard of a Focus D-15 panel. Where
are you getting this model number?

Focus D15 is a DSC PC-1550 with a partner keypad, it is standard
system and has not been modified, so if you get a users or programming
document for a PC-1550 you will be fine
