Hello-

I am looking for a product which detects motion and send an alert. The
solution must be wireless, and the transmitter must run off batteries.

I found a product at www.spybase.com/wireless.html which is advertised as
doing exactly what I want (Wireless Motion Drive Alert #SD625-68), but it
doesn't look like they offer a money back guarantee if the product doesn't
perform as advertised.

My question is this- has anyone had any experience with this company's
products (BRD Security Products)?

Also - does anyone know of a similar product? The most important things are
that the solution is wireless and the transmitter runs off batteries.

Thanks

You didn't say much about the application. Indoor or outdoor? What is the
purpose or goal of the system?

Unless they are running a special, prices on X-10 items are often much
better at the HA/Security wholesalers like www.bass-home.com,
www.futurestandard.com, and www.worthdist.com, all of whom, like X10.com,
will sell to anyone.
