Sure thing, Susan. I have it online at http://www.bass-home.com. Click the
FAQ link near the top of my page. On the ensuing page, scroll down to Moose
Products Manuals. You'll find the Z1100e Installation manual. Programming
instruvctions begin on page 26.

Let me know if you need further assistance. I'm usually around from about
10:am (eastern) until late in the evening.

Subject: Low cost monitoring/BassHome Question
From: null...@hotmail.com (Sean P Logue)
Date: 11 Jun 2001 08:47:43 -0700

Hi all!

I'm trying to find a low-cost monitoring company for my Napco Gemini
9600 system. I'd like to find one that doesn't require a long-term
contract because I own all my equipment and don't want to get locked
in.

I tried BassHome, but I've tried to call both the 877-722-8900 (Sales
& Tech Support) number and your 941-925-9747 (long distance voice)
number and there is no answer, and no answering machine connected.
Are these still the correct numbers?

Can anyone recommend other choices? I need to find a place pretty
soon.

Please append answers here rather than emailing me as I don't check
this account very often.

Thanks,

Sean

Hi Sean,

Those are the correct numbers. I was out of town for a week. Feel free to
contact me again at 877-722-8900 at your convenience.
