Service Call Management Software

[RUSH - 2112]

I am looking for a suggestion on a simple yet powerful program that will
process requests for Service and generate reports. Shareware or commercial
software suggestions are much appreciated.

Go to z-microsystems web site and download the evaluation of Alarms. You can
play around with that for a while to see if you like it. I think the full
version is around $3,000-$4,000? You can network it without additional
