Tales of the Sea at Folk NIght

This Wednesday, October 10, at Folk Night at The Ship Pub in
St. John’s, Newfoundland, there will beShips at The Ship, Tales
of the Sea, which is a storytelling night co-hosted by the
St. John’s Storytelling Festival. There is a storytelling open mic
set between the two headline sets and open mic performers
get a free Quidi Vidi beer. Also there are door prizes, which
are usually $10 gift certificates donated by sponsors. Also
the kitchen is open until 8 p.m. Cover is only $5. It starts
at 9 p.m. and runs to 11:30 p.m. if there is a full open mic set.
