Rally 200 won't accelerate

Check to make sure you have the right sized main jet it might be to big.
Does it bog at full throttle?

It's quite possible that your scoot needs a complete decoke. You should
clean out the tail pipe, remove and clean the cylinder head. Clean the
top of the piston, and remove all the carbon from the exaust port.

I was reading in a motorcycle magazine at work <it was just laying
there, really, I didn't buy it! <g>> about a guy who had trouble getting
up this decent size hill every day on his bike, he'd get about half way
up and the thing would just bog down like it was fuel starved. Turned
out that the breather tube to the tank was pinched off and when he
needed that 'extra' boost to get up the hill he couldn't get enough
flow. You might try loosening up the gas cap so it can breathe and give
it a test run if the problem isn't coking.
