Here is a partial letter I sent to Yamaha_motor, and *later*
forwarded it to *DOT* Canada Transport after Yamaha_motor denied that the
LINKS provided were valid......

I guess this (email tag game) sounds about right for of us, right,
or does it?

My Yamy Dealer with the warranty just told me to Contact Yamaha, I
CC.d the email but no reply yet........but Yamaha_motor has made a strange
suggestion, and I'm just dying to hear from Transport Canada.....yeah WE
CARE....

=======================================

Dear Helen and Transport Canada Complaints Department:

You say there is no information on the 2005/06 Majesty ECU problem,
when I submitted some 20 links in reference to the problem...I'm at loss
for reasonable words here, are you denying the information provided in the
Internet links as well as my personal experiences?

I doubt if the "technical specialists" in Canada are aware of the
"reality of the problem" which claims some 75% of 2005/06+ Yamaha Majesty
YP400T* ECU problems which I have known about since I bought the vehicle
NEW .....please click on the links below to refute the 2005/06+ Yamaha
Majesty stalling *problem* statistics....

I have much longer (ambient) lists on the problem, but I'm sure
marketing specialists are not interested in wadding through that if they
didn't bother with the short list I have provided here on the 2005/06+
Yamaha Majesty ECU problem.

A lot of people just sell the 2005/06+ Yamaha Majesty off, at a
great loss, because of the ECU stalling and Recall problems, but I am not
inclined to take that route....
