Hi,
im having a problem with my vespa px200, when the revs are low e.g idling
or at a junction the engine cuts out. I have tried turning up the tick over,
that just makes it rev its nuts off when i put the choke in. Ive also
changed the spark plug, ht lead and air filter, checked the jets and fuel
filter and tried retuning with combination of tick over and pilot screw and
nothing makes a difference. any ideas anyone?

Possibly an air leak at the carb. Have you removed it recently?
