M/Cycle Vandals

As if we didn't have enough problems:

The bad thing about motorcycles, is they are so vulnerable to acts
of vandalism by just about any fooked-up crack freak....
All the vital parts like screws, bolts, cables, etc., are usually
easy to get at.....the oil dipstick is easily removed and a lot of mischief
can be done from there.......

I've been trying to find/catch some vandals who stripped a bunch of
proprietary bolts grabbar bolts by dragging it sideways, and stole a bunch
of proprietary panel screws and bolts.....things they have no use for.
Catching the vandals is a 24/7 job in itself, video surveillance
footage is my best option, then make a citizen's arrest.

I park in a parkade and they are not responsible, but my Autoplan
insurance only covers up theft on that...gotta upgrade I guess.
