Actually, after having reconsidered the matter under the eye of a
watchful colleague, I seem to remember that the records were the
"Intensionality Triad": and this makes more sense, since *Cats and
Dogs* is really a marvelous document of the "consciousness of hitting
and getting hit". (Don't let Richard Rorty hear you say that, though:
he's John Dewey with a speedboat.) And to be clear, this is not quite
Richard Meltzer: the Royal Trux "operators" are not truth-functional
connectives, they are functionally equivalent to the intensional
connectives of metrical tense logic ("since/until/nexttime"), and
systematic application is not recommended (I swear it was worse there,
though, and I really have "de-sedimented" some good stuff this time).

Where's the speedboat?

I suspect it's what occurs on the speedboat that counts. (That first
bit was a reference to the liner notes of *Accelerator*, if'n you
didn't know.)

And by the way, Mr. Fitch, you're not allowed to ask who the mystery
girls are on misc.activism.progressive, although noncross to
alt.politics.radical-left would probably be welcome and
alt.politics.communism is evidently open to everyone.
