THE NITTY-GRITTY DETAILS OF LIFE AFTER DEATH
Neurophysiologists seem to agree that long term memory
is stored in the dendritic part of the neuronal system. It
turns out that the half-life of a microtubule is about 10
minutes so it�s doubtful that there is any long-term memory
storage at the microtubule level. However the microtubule
system knows everything that is happening at the neural
level and in fact growth of the microtubules at the synaptic
regions is what causes the dendrite synapses to store memory
long-term.
So the theory I have now is that the death dream is
stored at the dendritic level and of course that immediately
raises the question of why we don�t actually know about it
and even see it in real life. My reasoning is this: That
the sensory system actually feeds a flat space version of
reality through the optic nerve to the visual cortex and it
is actually stored in the brain at the dendritic level,
however the higher-level cognitive-comprehension level of
the brain is simply not able to see it or comprehend it.
The evidence for this I think comes from the contrast
between the flicker fusion frequency ( FFF) and the picture
fusion frequency ( PFF). The FFF is about 40 Hz while a
PFF is only 16 Hz. And yet the human visual system can
easily see the flicker fusion frequency but it certainly
cannot see, that is comprehend, a PFF of 40 frames per
second. This tells me that the flat space version of
reality is probably stored in the dendrites at the neuronal
level but we just can�t see it. However, the microtubule
system can easily read it out if and when we die and is thus
able to see the life after death dream at true full speed
(aka "God speed" so called)
If your growth deficit is 20% then your IQ is down 20%
and your PFF is down 20%. So say with full IQ you are
capable of seeing 20 frames per second that would mean that
you actually can only see 16 frames per second, however your
actual real-life visual input is stored at the neuronal
level in the dendrite system at the full 20 frames per
second ( flat spacetime) rate. Apparently the death dream
is composed of mysterious, novel or poignant high impact
situations that occurred in your life at the usual 16
bits/second rate, but when you see this movie after death it
is displayed at the full flat-space rate of 20 bits per
second, hence this is the heavenly revelation (aka Beatific
Vision) of your past life. (Note, "frames/sec" is identical
to bits/sec since it takes one bit to tell if a frame is
"the same" or "different" from the previous one. Note that
the PFF is actually the "FOURIER CUTOFF FREQUENCY" of the
visual-comprehension system)
We are immediately reminded here of course of all those
subliminal advertising schemes 40 years ago based on putting
short advertising pictures in a single frame in movie films
faster than they could actually be consciously seen
advertising popcorn and then at intermission all the people
would stream to the lobby and by popcorn having no idea why
they suddenly had an urge to do so. The death dream is
stored in much the same manner and probably has a subliminal
affect on us but we don�t know why or where it�s coming from
(probably why we believe in God for instance). This flat
space version of reality can only be seen at true
heavenly-speed (aka God-speed) at the microtubule level
after death! During life all we get to see is the curved
(truncated) version which causes us so much mystery,
consternation and frustration on a daily basis and is the
origin of all of religion.
Lehrl says that FFF is 30-50 Hz and according to Jenson
(1983) has no correlation with intelligence however the PFF
15-16 Hz correlates directly with intelligence (Reidel 1966
and many others including Lehrl and Fischer,1990). Say FFF
is 40 Hz. According to Lehrl and Fischer�s equation
(1990):
IQ = 5 (mental speed in bits/sec) + 25
Thus if the average person�s PFF is 15 frames/sec his IQ is
100. On the other hand if we take the flicker fusion
frequency to be 40 Hz and assume that a person has a PFF of
40 Hz he would have to have an IQ of 40x5+25=225 and it is
doubtful that anyone has an IQ that high.
On the other hand if you have a measured IQ of 120 and a
growth deficit of 10%, then your theoretical IQ is actually
132. This means that if your Fourier cutoff frequency in
this world is (120-25)/5 = 19 Hz, that in heaven your
Fourier a cutoff frequency will be (132-25)/5 = 21.4 Hz or
11% higher. Your curvature of reality is basically 10%, so
the life after death dream will actually UNCURVE your
worldly reality by 10%. This means that heavenly reality
will appear 10% slower and 10% smaller than the real world.
Now the question arises as to whether this dream is
pre-recorded or actually originally occurs in the moments
after death. Now the impetus for pre-recording of course is
that it shortens the process dramatically. How dramatically
is the first question? A lifetime of dreaming and
subconscious mentation could produce a real doozy of a
dream. On the other hand a rapidfire draft at the moment of
death does not seem able to compare to this. So if we
assume the thing is some kind of a extract from a
pre-recorded dream life, we are still faced with the
question of why this particular memory or dream would be
elected to life after death status. Following the usual
rules of attention neuropsychology we would have to assume
that it is simply the loudest or most noticeable dream
sequence. Or that the elements of it are such. This would
allow for say, some cursory editing choice at the time of
the final download.
In the end however we have to appeal to the same causal
motives that create ordinary nocturnal dreams. In that case
it is the previous day�s events that appear to stimulate the
dream. In the case of life after death we would have to
assume that it was the final years months or weeks of life,
the final attitude adjustment of the person, that acts as a
stimulus for the particular life review elements or memories
that are contained in the life after death dream. Therefore,
just as in ordinary dreams, the landscape is drasticcally
narrowed as to what elements will appear in the dream.
People refer to dreams as being "involuntary" and in that
regard and we must suppose that the final death dream is in
the same sentence an "involuntary" scenario. There may even
be a "hierarchical" selection procedure of what to include
and what not to include in the life after death dream, just
as there probably is in ordinary nocturnal dream. It may be
that this hierarchical scheme is a very short "flowchart"
which is put into action at the last moment and simply by
"delegating" selection authority to variouss brain systems
is able to very rapidly put the entire dream together.
Meanwhile of course it is the microtubule system
operating at Frohlich�s frequency which is actually doing
the reading of the dream, indeed be experienceing of the
dream. The neuronal system has already shut down or
"flatlined" as they say.
The question arises as to whether or not there actually
is such a thing as microtubule consciousness. Hameroff and
Penrose state that "dreamlike" subconscious possibilities
are contained in the Frohlich�s frequency microtubule system
and are "superimposed" etc. etc. etc.. The point is, that
they believe that actual high-level cognitive material is
flowing through the microtubule system as a microwave or
optical signal. Therefore the same information which exists
at the neuronal level also exists at the microtubule level
according to them. Now in order for that signal to be
observed, there has to be an "observer". In the case of
ordinary mentation of course it is the neuronal system in
the association areas of the cognitive brain that is the
observer. Since we have established that we are dealing
with the same kind of signal content, I simply advance that
the microtubule system which extends throughoutt the entire
nervous system of the body and brain, becomes the "new
Observer" after the neuronal system shuts down. The
cytoskeleton becomes the "resurrection body" so to speak.
Put in more simple terms this is simply tantamount to saying
that the "conscious mind" is replaced, by default, "by the
unconscious mind", and it is in that condition that life
after death occurs.
NOTE: Anyone who can post a COMPETENT (I stress competent)
scientific objection to this relatively simple hypothesis
will certainly be posting his calling card to history.
