Regression analysis question

Hi,

I'm doing some regression analysis and I have some variables that are only
significant when I add some other variables (some them significant and
others not depending).

What should I think of these variables that only get significant when I add
other variables (which are also relevant to the analysis I'm doing)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
