Is the Euromillions 'Lucky Dip' algorithm skewed?

How's this for 'randomness'.
Already three consequetive numbers in 1-50, then two consequetive
numbers in 1-9 Lucky Stars fis stretching belief in randomness. But
TWICE !! What are the odds for that??? And is the algorithm
'skewed' ?
Selection A: 11 12 13 17 50 Lucky stars 06 07
