Seeking the author of the solar eclipse software

my last trial to find the present address (postal or email) of the
author of the "solar eclipse prediction program", an MS DOS
program I got from Andromeda Software Inc. (Moab UT 84532, USA)
in the 1990s before the WWW was 'up' (it is a version dated Jan.1991).
A letter going to Mr. Matthew M. Merrill, 8927 Virginia Ave. Apt B in
South Gate, CA 90280 (sent by me probably in the 2nd half of
the last decade) came back "not found". All C.ies / org's I asked
either did not know or answer at all or they said they can't tell me
for privacy reasons ...
I found the software very useful and intend to pay the author
something for it. As the use of DOS SW (on recent PCs with
their modern OSs) is now becoming difficult, if he made since
then a Windows version, I would be interested - although I have
already obtained the most important results for the years until
about 2025 from the DOS version.
May-be the author reads in this NG or someone who knows
where he lives now or his email address (supposing he has one)
can answer. The cross-post is because the specific NG for
eclipses seems to contain seldom any posts (since I let my
newsreader show its contents) so that many people might
have dropped it.
