BBC America is not the same as BBC programming. I would subscribe to
satellite if they offered the BBC channels.

The other way around is also not possible; the USA satellite programs are not receivable in Europe.

Look at a globe and then you will see that there is no USA coverage from satellites above Europe
because of the earth's curving and visa versa.
Satellites need a line of sight "connection" to your dish.
