They've been having some issues with it, so they took it down for a bit.
I don't know when it is coming back up.

Conjecture is that it was hacked since if you went there from Google it
was showing as an unsafe site.

I'm not sure if this guy works for Dish. Because if he did his email would
be from either "EchoStar" or "Dish Network" email server.

Someone from any other emailserver "gmail" who ask for phone and/or
account number may be an Identity thief!
