I'm in UK what can I get in HD from Europe free of encryption.

Got a Panasonic with Freesat built in and fixed dish at Astra 2 at 28E, get
BBC HD and some ITV1 in HD.
Have programmed it to get a third station Lux HD.
Am I right in thinking that is all at that dish position?

Now I have a second older dish which is movable via a FTA normal digital
box, have not used for a while but have tested and it is moving the dish ok.
Have looked at satellite charts for other positions and all stations appear
to be encrypted when using HD, are they?
If there is anything I can view can you advise me please, it would be a
bonus if something they do is in English too.
