I am Italian, therefore I can assess the damage the make when they try to say "Panucci", "Bucci" and so forth. But I cannot bl
me them for that. What should the swedish say when we all say "Edberg" instead of "Edberi" (or something similar, which is the
correct pronunciation of that name)?
It is just a matter of accepting the fact that some famous champions have a sort of "common international pronunciation", whic
is sometimes very far from the correct one.
