Optus Aurora Tracking (retry!)

Here is a question I have been asked, but can't answer:
Is there an electronic device to allow tracking of a fixed satellite (I use
Optus C1) from different locations?
I understand that satellites can be tracked from a fixed earth location, but
if one shifts the earth location, as in moving a caravan based system, is
there a system which will point the dish back to the satellite? I don't
think so, but.... maybe there is??
Alternatively is there a system to allow Azimuth and Elevation adjustment
remotely with a motor driven head on the DISH mount? (something like a
joystick thingy?)
Appreciate any help from a knowledgable person.

If you link a GPS to a PC and then output to stepper motors, as well as
having compass, gyroscope, elevation and tilt sensors on the caravan then
you can track 24x7 without ever losing a line-of-sight signal in the signal
footprint. \

Or you can just get out, have a look around and point the bloody thing. It
really isnt that hard.

I think it is quite easy for anyone to just use dead reckoning and get a 80%
hit first time.

If you do want a motorised sat dish system look at a CCTV gimble for a heavy
security camera. not small.
