No DNS when doing a download

I have a HN7000S and it is working fine but has a problem: whenever I'm
doing a full-speed download, DNS doesn't work. I've been poking at it a
bit and when a download is in progress I just can't get a DNS request
through. I can open connections via IP address and already-open
connections work just fine... but DNS doesn't. Is anyone else
experiencing this... anyone have any idea how to fix it? Thanks!
