When you call HughesNet "tech support" or "customer support," you get
a bunch of wogs and ragheads in Bombay whose technical expertise
constists of reading a script in broken English.

If you are really lucky, they will transfer your call to "advanced
tech support" -- which is in the USofA -- but you must sit on hold for
30 - 60 minutes to get to "advanced tech support."

HughesNet sucks.

Avoid HughesNet at all costs. If you have no other choice, go with
dial-up.
