Problem with screen

I bought a Magellan 4250 from eBay. it works very well except for one
problem. I put it in that little cloth type case in the car. I took
it out today and there are little black dots under the screen. Is
there any way to get the screen cleaned (on the inside) and get rid of
those little dots?

A second question. I would like to get a less irritating voice. Can
I download additional voices from somewhere?

No, Suzie the Nazi is the only voice you will get. Obey or be
eliminated. Suzie is very presistant.
