can anyone confirm - it worked for you recently ?
I've gone to their website and selected EMAIL SUPPORT, entered all my info ,
when done clicked 'SUBMIT' and I keep getting errors - " Page cannot be
displayed"... " server may be unavailable", check settings etc. This is
AFTER I enter all the details and click SUBMIT, so can anyone confirm - it
worked for you. After the first time, I created a text file to copy/paste
and maybe THAT's why I can't submit ? I did send one quick message
yesterday - "cannot SUBMIT - please reply" and that DID work but no
response.
