Garmin Express indicates map update available but it's already installed.

Garmin Express tells me there is a map update available (Full Coverage
of North America (2013.40)) for my nuvi 1450 but that update is already
installed. When this happened the first time, I let it re-install the
update; now I'm getting the update available indication again. The only
issue might be that my map is installed on the plug-in flash memory card
because the built-in memory isn't big enough.
