mikobu Vortex pro unlocker? are they good?

I'm just curious how these unlockers work? are there any horror stories.

Nightmare unlocker ! Most people that have had these have said they are good
for throwing at telemarketers. Only good maybe as a back up to your ISO
programmer.

Totally wrong. These work great. You might be thinking of a earlier model.

I've had 3 bought at different stores. 1 was good, the others were loopers,
not unlockers.

To be brutally honest, I heard they are called Mikoloops...due to the fact
they loop alot of cards, I got some peeps I know who had em and switched to
the 4619 unlocker and had less problems then.

This uses 4619 chips. Are you sure you're talking about the Vortex Pro and
not earlier models. The N2 was a POS but I love my Vortex. Have unlocked
dozenz of cards from Rom10's to 102 late revs and chips from 311's. Everyone
I know that has one loves it. This popped cards in minutes that I had worked
on for days with my Nexus Blue.

Yes, you are correct, the original N2 unlockers were really not all that
good. The Vortex was an improvement, but I personally know 2 of my friends
who bought them and still looped cards quicker than any other unlocker they
had before that when it stated they would NEVER loop cards (which is
absolute crap)...The one which has been tried, tested and truest is the
Nexus 4619 Unlocker. Atleast with the Nexus, if a card loops, its because of
the card, not the unlocker.

thanx kendogger glad someone else agree's BUT everyone gets different
results..no real right or wrongs here... I have been popping cards for a few
years and I have owned everything there is to have. To be honest, my mik N2
was awesome.. I used it for everything.. only looped 244 rev cards easy but
that is the joy of testing. I own a nexus blue (thanx kendogger via deal
with "pete" Kingston swap :) ) Don't think unlockers will be worth a damn
soon as all the cards are glitch proofed and not many 102 virgins kicking
around.

untill of course someone comes up with an unlooper.. as for the 102 year old
virgins... haven't looked, but I agree, probably not many of them around..
And if they are around, they are certainly not kicking.

Popped a 10B last night. Did a 108 and 109 this afternoon. No problem.
