Hello,
What internet service providers are some of you folks using? Who is good to
use that is accessible from most places by dialing a local number?

Thanks,
Randy

Hugh,

Do you have any comment about local access number with Earthlink while not
home?

Go to www.earthlink.net and research it. Most places will
have a local number. I found several while in Florida.

We depend on Pocketmail for all of our e-mail. We use NetZero for internet
connections and have found that they have lots of local numbers available.
Works for us!

I have used Worldnet for a number of years now and am
generally pleased. I have made the "executive" decision
that while I am traveling I use their 800 number for e-
mail access because it eliminates the necessity of
locating a local number each time and it only costs a
dime per download. I try to read and answer all messages
"off line" and then simply upload them the next time I
log on to download the new batch which I do about every
two days. For me this works great and it is quick which
others waiting for a phone line appreciate.
