Forest River Surveyor - Price??

Hello:

I am a pop-upper and I am thinking about moving up to a hybrid TT. I
am particularly fond of the Surveyor 261-T. I like the light weight,
large bunked bunkhouse and my wife likes the fold-out bed (like that
of a pop-up). I have scoured the web and cannot find a ball-park
price on one.

We would probably only opt for the A/C and awning (I assume heat is
standard).

We would prefer not to have an oven and would most likely buy our own
microwave and install our own CD player.

There are no Forest River dealers within 140 miles of where I live.
Does anyone have any idea about how much the above-described trailer
might cost? I would like to keep the price below $15,000 and would
certainly buy a leftover. the fealers are reluctant to giving me a
price over the phone.

I understand that there can be a large variation in price from dealer
to dealer on the same trailer, but am just looking for a ballpark
range. Does anyone on this board own one or have access to pricing?
