You can't do any better than this for watching right from the
campground:

Jetty Park is a nice campground, BUT, it is just south of the Space
Center. That is about 200 miles north of Palm Beach, where they
wanted to go.

In Palm Beach County, I would suggest John Prince county park in
Lake Worth. The following is some info from the online Trailer
Life Campground Guide. http://www.tldirectory.com
If you go, be sure to call for a reservation. They are busy
in the winter season.

Probably are, but everybody down there was too confused to give me directions.

The illiterate moron who posted above, as well as his sidekick "Kudzu", are
posting anonymously to stir the pot.

Hi!

I live in Palm Beach County.

We like Jonathan Dickinson and Lion Country Safari campgrounds.

They cut alot of trees at Jonathan Dickinson over the years, but it still is
ok. Alot cheaper than Lion Country, but there you can get a three day weekend
pass and get into the Safari area all the days. You can hear the lions at night
though!

Those are the two closest I can think of to this area. Never been camping at
John Prince Park, but it is also nice, and probably closer by.

I went to Lion Country Safari back in 1971. I really enjoyed it then. I know
that was a long time ago. At one time (also a long time ago) there was a Lion
Country Safari outside of Atlanta. It wasn't as good as the one near Palm
Beach. It later closed. Is the one down in Florida still as good as it used
to be or possibly even better?

I hear Lion Country Safari has a relationship with the KOA of Palm Beach.

Happy camping,
