Does anyone know of any camgrounds in Virginia wth an ocean view?

The campsites at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach are just over
the dunes from the ocean. You won't have a view from your campsite, but
just have to walk a few yards.

We have camped at Cherrystone on the Eastern Shore and while not "ocean" (it's
on the bay) there are wonderful waterfront sites. Cherrystone is a large,
family campground. We have also camped at a State Park campground just north of
the Virginia Beach resort strip, I don't remember the name. It too has sites
located behind the dunes.

We camped at a campground north of Va. Beach I believe it was called
Seashore State Park back then that matches your description. From the
Anderson's guide it looks like it is now called First Landing State
Park. No Hookups, all open sites, but a near constant breeze as I
remember it. Bring your sand stakes to keep your awning in place!!!
