Cell phone connections are going to be slow, and costly, compared to
regular dial-up. I've found that AOL, MSN and Earthlink seem to have
the most numbers available around the country. Of the three, I would
recommend Earthlink. For one thing, you don't have to carry around the
excess baggage of the AOL or MSN software.

I have found a prepaid internet access CD which I buy at most
of the larger Truckstops. They provide a local phone for most
of the USA and Canada or a 800 number.
