Awning (The awning holder/pouch is starting to show signs of weather wear
and the zipper is tricky)
Interior and exterior in great shape. Upholstery, curtains, cushions &
mattresses all in great shape
Spare tire has never been on the ground
Propane and battery power. Battery may need to be replaced, we have never
used it. We always camp were we can plug in.
This is a very nice pop up and we have taken very good care of it, as did
the previous owner. We have used it mostly in State Parks / Corp. of Eng.
Parks in the Central Texas area but have also pulled it to New Mexico on
vacation.
We have been very happy with it but have purchased a Toybox so we must sell
it.

There lots of things you can put on that zipper to smooth the
operations...from silicone to soap...
