Peter's Pond Park Weekend

Well we just returned from a very nice weekend at Peter's Pond Park in
Sandwich, MA... You can check out the full review @
www.wswenson.com/camping under the diary.... I will scan and load the
map of the park as soon as I get a chance.

Summary was that it was the best weekend of the year so far.

Just remember Peters Pond allows no fires at your site, the # 1 reason we
would not go back (we love a fire every night!). Also, the heavy equipment
at a sand pit (I think), across the pond woke us pretty early.

Thanx for the info!
I have a free off-peak weekend certificate that came with our new
pop-up. Wasn't sure if it would be worth trying out. Sounds like
we should plan a weekend after laborday.
I also saw the post about now fires, which is a bummer, but it's
typical of most campgrounds on the Cape.
