Hi folks,

Anyone have an electric White Mountain ice cream maker? If so, can you look on
the motor and tell me how much current (amps) or power (watts) it uses?

Thanks,

Don't have one YET. I'm trying to figure out if I could run an electric one off
of a small inverter. I want to be able to use it at the non-electric
campgrounds, too. We'll probably get the hand crank, just gotta check ... It
lookl like it might be pretty easy to rig a motor for the hand crank model
anyway. Maybe a BBQ rottiserie motor or sumpin.

We have a hand crank model and LOVE IT.

It's not THAT hard to crank and it only takes about 20 mins or so to
get nice and frozen.

Sometimes the old fashoned thngs make life grander !

I've got memories of some great ice cream after turning that crank
when I was a kid. I'd consider getting one but there are just the two
of us 90% of the time. One set at cranking would be way too much for
us but not enough to feed the whole campground.
