We are planning our summer trip to Quebec City, location of our
honeymoon 10+ years ago. We'll be bringing along extra baggage in the
form of our two children this time, though!

Anyway, we'll be camping this time and we are looking for campground
recommendations near Quebec. I noticed a KOA nearby and was
wondering...
Also, we would like it to be kid friendly and have water/electric.

Three summers ago, we stayed in the KOA on our trip through to the
Maritimes. The campground was serviceable and the washrooms were clean.
The grounds where pop-ups were parked however were not very shaded and the
picnic tables were in a very poor state of repair. Since we were stopping
only the afternoon (to tour downtown and the Plains), we were not concerned
with "ambience". Hope this helps with your decision.
