I have a 1996 Coleman Key West -
the original tires are A78-13ST.

Went to buy new ones and the tire dealer does not show A78-13ST being available.
His cross reference shows a 165-13 or 175-13.
Can anyone help me - Please.

Thanks
Joe in TX

I am surprised that a respectable Tire Center can't cross match the sizes
and the weight requirements that the tire has to carry and provide the right
tire.....

Be very careful what you get as the Outside circumference of the tire in the
wheel well has less than 2 inches of clearance. Any decent size Tire Guy
should have an exact match. Check http://www.durotire.com/ they have the
specs. of the proper tire.

a or b is a 165 or 175 at series 80 cross section. letters are very old in
sizing. he is giving you metric sizing which is standard these days. if you
are going to a decent dealer, he will be able to cross reference anything
off of brand and or size.

Joe - You should email Russell Fife at ne...@drfife.com (just in case
he does not see this thread) and ask him what he did, because he went
thru this same thing with his Coleman Utah (wheels and tires) a few
months ago.

I replaced my tires on my 1999 Coleman Utah (Duro tires size ST185 80D 13). I
ordered the tires already mounted on the rims so all I had to do was put the new
tires on the camper.

Here is the Duro trailer tire site:
http://www.durotire.com/trailertires.html

You can get them at Discount tire (special order) or have them dropped shipped
to your house from Tires Unlimited (1-800-628-4737, $49.51 for ST185 80D 13 Duro
tires and $27.52 additional for tire mounted on new rim).
