Where can I order Coleman replacement parts, or their equivalent (if they
are too expensive.) I would think that the weather-stripping/gasket around
the roof would be common.

Last fall I had the gasket on my 2000 Coleman Westlake replaced. The
dealer ordered it from Fleetwood, and it didn't cost me a cent because
Fleetwood considers it a part of the roof that is covered by the
lifetime warranty (I am the original owner). The gasket itself was
separating from the roof, and I had tried using 3 or 4 different types
of glue & cement to fix it. The one that lasted the longest was
automotive weatherstripping adhesive...it's a real PITA to work with.
But even that stuff only lasted a little while, then just separated again.
You won't find Coleman parts like this online. I would start by
emailing Fleetwood to ask if they still provide this replacement part
for your model year, and if they do, take it up with your dealer again
or find another dealership that sells Fleetwood popups.

The only place you will be able to get it is at a Fleetwood dealer. If
your local one doesn't carry it, call around you should be able to find
one that will ship it. Be warned it's expensive, $2-3 per foot. My
dealer is shipping me some when they get restocked. It will probably be
a different shape then your original as they have changed the shape
several times over the years.
by the way, have you checked your roof for sag? A failing gasket is
often a sign of a roof that is sagging.
Any suggestions on who would sell weather-stripping that might work? Other
trailers shells go over the outside of the base, any retrofit kits?
As far as sag is concerned. The roof looks like it has a bow, but water from
the AC doesn't pool it runs off the top. I have also used a level/strait
edge on the camper and it looks ok, so I don't know. There is a brace on the
inside where the AC goes.

I find that 10$/foot very $$$$
here are 2 dealers from here in Quebec. The first one is where I bought
my Coleman a few years ago. at the time, they were great for service
and they have been in business selling Coleman products only for more
than 35 years (since 1969).
they may be able to send you some by courier... and may be cheaper (ie:
Can $) you have nothing to loose sending them an e-mail or giving them
a phone call (they have a in-wats number)

My dealer sells the gasket roll(41ft) for $250(plus tax and shipping)
and the correct epoxy for $25(although I assume you could use 3M Weather
strip Adhesive).
I have looked through JC Whitney and some other catalogs and not found a
substitute probably due to the thickness of the roof. Most gaskets
appear to be designed to slip over sheet metal.
my dealer, don't know if they will ship it to you. Toll free number
can't hurt to ask. right now they are out and my order is being shipped
from fleetwood.

The way to check for sag is to raise the roof 4-6 inch. Run a string on
one side of the gutter, measure the max separation between the string
and the roof. If it is greater than 3/4 in, your roof has officially
sagged. If the water runs off the middle of the roof when level, then
the roof has some sag.
