So there came a time, shortly after Diablo II was released, that a lot of new people came into alt.games.diablo. Many of them, or at least enough of them, did not have much patience for our community's established shenanigans and were willing to tell us so.
So, our good pal and regular, Rob, found us this disused Usenet group, which we claimed as our own and once again the goofy folks of AGD had a place where we could be our weird selves and have fun.
I've just posted to AGD with my farewells and appreciation and I just wanted to do the same here.
Alt.Roundtable, you were fantastic and I love you and miss you. All of you, including you, and even you, were the best.
Hope you come back some time for muffins and memories.
